I think the best approach is going to be getting your photos organized in the "down" times that the custom products are unavailable. Then you'll have them ready to upload & work on when May & November come.
Digital Artwork
As you’ve seen with the Jan. 2 products, there are amazing traditional scrapbooking product collections coming your way throughout 2025, so there is a lot to look forward to. Though after Noteworthy, new product launches will not include a Digital Artwork component. We know this will sadden the small yet dedicated group of Advisors and customers who adore Digital Artwork. Digital Artwork and Custom Products take significant time to prep and our design team is focused on the growth in our traditional product line this year. We look forward to having our full Custom Products offering twice a year and reopening Digital Artwork at the same time.
Existing Digital Artwork Kits will be available on the website to order vuntil noon CT Jan. 31, 2025, though this won’t be the last you’ll see of Digital Artwork this year.
We will reopen existing Digital Artwork two times a year.
You will have access to a selection of prior Digital Artwork Kits in May 2025 and November 2025 for a limited time. So you’ll want to stay tuned to your Advisor emails closer to those dates.
The team will create special National Scrapbook Day and Croptoberfest digital kits you can use in your event marketing and decorations.
Advisors will continue to receive social and event memes and postcard designs from Home Office to brand your customer messaging and invitations.
Previously purchased digital downloads will continue to be available on your My Downloadable Products page within 2 years of purchase.
Custom Albums, Covers & Pages Custom Albums, Pages and Paper Albums made using the custom creator on the website will follow the same schedule: You can order these products through noon CT on January 31, 2025. These products will reopen in May and November for creation and ordering.
All of the artwork that resides in the website creator will remain so you and your customers can use it to create Custom Albums, Pages and/or Paper Albums for the rest of January and again in May and November.
During the periods the website creator is closed, projects in Advisor and customer accounts will remain so they can be ordered/re-ordered when it reopens.
A pre-printed 8x8 Paper Album will be available with NSD 2025 and that will be the final pre-printed 8x8 paper album available (other than in our Kids Kits, as our beginner class focus shifts to the popular 12x12 Simple Page Kits).
Photo Prints and Custom Spines These will remain available to order year-round.
